Refund Policy.
Services received are Non-refundable!
- We do not issue refunds on services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service at no additional cost!
If a client is unwilling to return to TRUE SALON for adjustments / review/ evaluation, then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done.
- Product refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging.
- Gift cards are non refundable!.
Cancellation Policy.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, and better serving everyone.
Your appointment is very important and a priority to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a rebooking charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount to rebook.
